Meet Jessica Murphy, the Quartermaster for Pack 183.

Q: Jessie, tell us about yourself.
“I am a preschool teacher and a mom. My son has been in cub scouts for the last two years and my family and I have become more involved with leadership areas as time has gone on. Right now I am a Bear Assistant Den leader and the Quartermaster.”

Q: What are your favorite things about Scouting?
“Some of my favorite things about scouting are the inclusion of family and people of many cultures, the connection between scouting and nature, and the skill sets scouting has given to my son. Scouting has also given me many great friends, which as an adult, can be hard to find. I’m so glad we found cub scouts when we did and I am looking forward to what this year will bring.”
